We follow a 15-step recruitment process to ensure high-quality hiring, client satisfaction, and smooth onboarding β from sourcing to post-joining support.


π Step 1: Understanding the Requirement
We study your companyβs USP, culture, and exact role expectations to ensure we position your brand correctly while sourcing.
π― Step 2: Targeted Candidate Search
Our recruiters do a focused search for profiles that precisely match the skillset, experience, and job description you share.
βοΈ Step 3: Candidate Engagement
We call shortlisted candidates, explain the job role, and share company details via email/WhatsApp. Written confirmation of interest is taken.
π€ Step 4: Profile Submission
Verified and interested candidate profiles are submitted to your Point of Contact (POC) or Hiring Manager.
π Step 5: Feedback Follow-Up
We follow up every alternate day after profile submission to get client feedback. Feedback is tracked in MIS and relayed to candidates.
π© Step 6: Interview Coordination
Interview details (call letter, JD, link, timings, etc.) are shared with candidates via email and WhatsApp.
π Step 7: Interview Confirmation
Once the candidate confirms attendance, we share the final schedule with the POC and update the tracker accordingly.
π’ Step 8: Interview Day Updates
We proactively update your team on the candidateβs status the day before and the morning of the interview.
π§ Step 9: Interview Preparation
We conduct mock calls or test connections to prepare candidates for a smooth and confident interview.
π Step 10: Post-Interview Debrief
Post-interview, we gather insights from the candidate about their experience to refine future shortlisting.
π¬ Step 11: Feedback Collection
We follow up within two working days if feedback is pending. The outcome is recorded, and rejection communication is handled respectfully.

Once selected, we help with:

Resignation follow-up
Resignation acceptance proof
All documents are forwarded to your team promptly

We ensure the candidate joins as scheduled and notify your team immediately.
π° Step 14: Payment Follow-Up
We follow up with your finance team regarding invoice clearance post-joining.
π Step 15: Post-Joining Support & Replacement Period Tracking
We stay in touch with the candidate and client:

π Monthly check-ins until replacement period ends (3β6 months)
